The exterior is adorned with period-specific ornamentation, insignias, and handmade metal rivets. The entire quiver is dyed in a tan color, with some ornamentation highlighted using acrylic paint. The edges are neatly stitched in a simple cross pattern.

It attaches to a belt, and the angle can be adjusted from vertical to horizontal by varying the length of the leather strings, allowing customization based on the archer's preference.
